            The chairman’s speech

The chairman of Hu-Perfectre Educational Foundation, Mr. Essien E. Essien commenced with an expression of gratitude to the parents for the necessity they placed on the meeting. After analyzing the good plans of the school to aid (assist) leaders’ (pupils and students) reading abilities through new subjects and home-study time tables prepared by the school, the chairman went further to discuss the registration fee for WAEC, NECO and JSSCE.

According to the chairman, the fee for WAEC is N45, 000, while NECO costs N40,000 and the JSSCE registration costs N30,000. He added that, these fees include lessons, transportation fare for teachers to examination centers and many more. He encouraged the parents to always be patient for the result of the external examination since everything about it is done by the government examination bodies. In addition to that, parents were made to understand that the school does not involve itself in external Common Entrance examination. Therefore, a parent  who wants his/her child to write any of the state or federal common entrance examination should go to Alausa and pick a form for the child. Furthermore, the parent should follow up with the precise government school where the child will be writing the examination.

The chairman reiterated the grandness (importance) of early payment of school fees which he concluded by giving a deadline for its payment. The chairman rounded off his speech   by encouraging the parents to motivate their leaders to study their books in order to help them do better.

After the chairman’s speech, few parents made contributions.
